10:00am - 10:30am PROGRESSING BALLET TECHNIQUE
10:30am - 11:00am PERSONAL TRAINER
11:00am - 12:00pm TECHNIQUE (Turns, Kicks & Leaps)

An elite training program created for the dedicated dancer. Every Saturday 9:30am-12pm.

 

This program has been carefully considered by Matthew Cram to offer his expertise and training to all dancers who are willing to work hard and push themselves. There are many training programs available but we believe having a program that is run by your studio teacher that knows your every strength and weakness can only work to your advantage.

 

This program is aimed at all MCDA students as well as open to students outside of MCDA who would like extra technique training. MCSQUAD will give the dancer a full body workout as well as technique training and a combo to end each session in different genre each week. This program has been running for 3 years now and it is a clear favourite!
